Flexible hours as long as you work a ridiculous amount of hours

The management act like they care but the reality is they are using their staff. They promise bonuses without paying. Randomly fire people without cause. Executives have been seen having temper-tantrums and yelling at staff. All kinds of broken promises to staff.
