Pros

Lendz has been one of the best career decisions I’ve made. The culture is positive, open-minded, and supportive, and leadership truly values people, ideas, and growth. I’ve been given the opportunity to build and lead my own team, grow professionally, and contribute to something meaningful. The team works together, the energy is motivating, and the technology is top notch.

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly, the workload can be demanding and there is a lot of responsibility. You have to be organized, adaptable, and willing to manage priorities carefully. It is not always easy, but the growth and opportunity make it worthwhile.

Pros

Growing company with good benefits

Cons

Have been with the company three years now, and saw one of my colleagues fired. A colleague that was with the company from the very beginning, loyal, committed and extremely experienced. First they decreased the amount of people on my team to then letting go one of the oldest employees with the company. Makes me feel insecure about my own position and the amount of stress put on my team is unbearable that they are looking to hire someone new which will cost more in the long run as the position is extremely dynamic.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We can understand why seeing a longtime colleague leave would be unsettling, especially someone you've worked alongside for a while. When changes like that happen, it's natural for those changes to create uncertainty. While we can't comment on individual employment matters, we never take decisions that impact employees lightly. If these concerns are still weighing on you, we hope you'll have a conversation with your manager or a member of our leadership team. We believe the best way to address concerns is through open dialogue, and our leaders are always available to listen, answer questions, and provide clarity whenever possible. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. — The Lendz Team
