      Lengow is still in a transition phase from a small French company to an international one that has to deal with growing challenges. So sometimes can be stressful because there are different sped in the company process.

      The team is incredibly supportive, making it easy to learn and grow within the role. Colleagues are always willing to help each other out. And a great opportunity to develop problem-solving skills, gain experience in customer relations. Also get to learn a lot about the company's products and services. The company provides some flexibility with working hours, which is great for maintaining work-life balance.
