Pros

The location of Head Office was spot on. Low to mid senior staff good natured and sociable despite the lack of any company culture (the HR department lives in their own world).

Cons

To put it shortly- don’t bother. The company is shockingly old school, with the management structure painfully outdated. Got ideas how to improve your own work? Too bad, you’re working for ICE. Instead of investing their time and work into something prosperous, ICE is limping behind the reality and is focused on things that worked decades ago. Lack of career progression and no support from the management or HR, both things that were magnified by the pandemic. Every employee regardless of their work is awfully dispensable.

Pros

You get full benefits with the company if you want. Insurance and vacation. And you can learn how to deal with all type of customer. Company pays break time

Cons

The only reason why I gave this company 2 stars is because it allowed me to get experience in that field cash handling and sales. Schedule changes without notice and the manager can call you on Tuesday at 10 pm to inform you that you have to come to work next day at 6 am. Management have absolutely no respect for employees. If you need a specific day off for a personal reason you have to explain what is the pesonal reason(literally the whole reason why you need that day off even when it’s one of your 2 days that you have off in a week it’s not like you are requesting a personal pay day besides those 2. The schedule is send to employees one day before it start( Saturday afternoon sometimes you don’t know if you have to work on Sunday at 5 am) Manager call you or text you in your day off to ask you some questions that can wait until next day that you are working. I mean you shouldn’t be bothered in your day off.
