      - unclear computation of sales commission, target margin hard to hit most of the time. - Prepare for office politics encouraged by local country lead. - Numbers-driven. You’re only as good as your last quarter. Constant quarterly pressure.

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing
