      Pros

      Sometimes interesting to work in AI space. Great people across other teams at Lenovo.

      Cons

      Hours are 80 plus a week, executive leadership is horrible, lots of gossiping, fear of asking questions. Truly a hostile environment to work in. And paid way under market.

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing
