Incredibly global company with a flat-world orientation that places it at the forefront of international management theory and implementation. The company's committment to R&D distinguishes itself from the commodity pack of PC manufacturers. It's quality committment, exemplified in the ThinkPad line as well as its emphasis on emerging markets stemming from its Chinese heritage (Legend Computer) makes Lenovo a hotbed of technology innovation.
Cons
Global orientation makes the hours long. Controlled chaos is the best way to describe the culture. It is not for everybody, especially people who need a high degree of process and management oversight. If you are not a self-starter, you are not going to succeed at Lenovo.
