      Lack of strong leadership - they play musical chairs more then they do in preschool. Inability to execute on a given strategy and align sales goals that are obtainable

      Pros

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing
