      Pros

      - Young company (post IBM acquisition) - easy to get promotions if you work hard. - Opportunity to work home / office if needed for most of the positions. - Salaries are fair, and they offer great benefits for regular employees. - Lots of people are happy to help new folks. - Management are in constant training to improve their leadership skills.

      Cons

      - Things are usually crazy, and it is hard to determine owners for common problems. - People are just so overloaded with work they not always have the time or energy to be able to help even if they want to.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
