Pros
global company, very diverse Leadership, not just leaders from one country. I feel there is more opportunity to influence than in other global companies. Winning and performance oriented culture . Of course as with all IT companies, its hard work but Lenovo gives a lot of freedom how you manage your working time.
Cons
tools and processes not state of the art but leadership is trying to improve
