Pros
Compensation is fairly good and co-workers are really nice.
Cons
Not very much room for upward mobility. When senior jobs do open up, Lenovo usually goes external to hire instead of promoting. HR is very poor. Some of the managers are terrible too, but you get that anywhere. Multiple human rights violations at my location.
