Depleted employee morale. Excessive after work drinking. Problems with your personal relationships. Plummeting self-esteem. You'll find escalating anger in yourself you never knew existed, which you combat with substance abuse (see excessive after work drinking). Deflated self-worth. And, if you're lucky, new ulcers.
Cons
Terrible, bullying, lying backstabbing management, Useless, spineless HR. Lenovo has established a culture of ruling by intimidation. You make a legitimate complaint about management bullying and HR just pays lip service to conducting an investigation and then does nothing. Expect retaliation, followed by your looking for a new job elsewhere. then they'll be on to their next victim.
