Pros
Really smart, ambitious, hard working peers... I learn something from almost everyone I work with. It's always a stimulating environment. I'm also proud of the products and services I sell; there is great direction and vision for this company.
Cons
Senior sales management is more oblivious to daily minutiae than they should be, but still push for more results. We work long hours, and do a lot of duplicate effort to make sure senior levels are informed about what we already did, instead of focusing on the accomplishments. I do not like how sales management is compensated differently from the team; they should have the same stake in it as we do. We also have to "chase down" our sales to make sure we get paid or it can wind up in a big bucket that never gets to someone's attainment report. It's not a great sign when those who are former sales reps with other jobs in the company are "grateful" they left.
