Pros

Lenovo largely carried forward IBM's practices upon taking over IBM PC division and as such, the employment T & C's are generally all pretty good.

Cons

Whilst salaries remained at IBM levels, they do not typically give any pay rises. Instead, they give twice annual bonuses based on company performance.....these do not count for pension purposes hance are not nearly so valuable. They are also based on contribution which is subjective & somtimes unfairly applied.

I love working here and making a difference. Direct leadership seem to care and we have been growing tremendously.

Pros

Good pay, interesting projects to work on, good colleagues

Cons

A person's experience greatly impacted by the leadership his/her team is under. Generally, there's a solid culture in spite of high demands. The wrong leadership chain create toxicity that even great pay and bonuses can't overcome
