      Pros

      Decent salaries. In the personal computing business (not the server line), they seem to value innovation and are positioned for growth in the mobile marketplace.

      Cons

      Does not understand servers. Huge barriers for US companies and federal government towards buying Lenovo-branded servers for IT infrastructure. Poison pill.

      Lenovo is an innovator. We must be as the #1 PC maker in the world. As we move into the Server space, we will learn what works and what doesn't. We expect a short learning curve as we fully transition to a PC+ company. Thank you for your comments and time while with Lenovo.

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
