      Local teams are build with resilient people - who make turning up worth it.

      Cons

      Lenovo used to have a strong focus on driving culture that cared about their employees. This is changing globally. There is no effort to retain good staff.

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing
