Cons
Below average base salary. Favoritism from management - it is all about "who you know" and who is liked best when it comes to any promotion - performance is not always considered. The LASRs (accelerated sales program for college graduates) are heavily favorited when competing for a promotion. Work life balance is non-existent and silent promotions are common - my work load has doubled and my performance is now being questioned because of it. 3 days in the office are MANDATORY. The definition of a "drink the company koolaid" kind of place.
