      global on the surface, but all the power is centralized at one place, backdoor communications in the China office to decide things, all things nepotism in China, giving away job posts, promotions and headcounts to whoever is well connected/the manager favors, no fairness, HR policies are all for show

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
