      Relaxed culture as the organization filled with people who have been with them for 10-15 years

      Cons

      One of the worst HR's i have seen. They have zero clue what to do. It's not surprising that multiple HR heads have quit in the last few years.

      Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing
