      Good benefits - 3% match for 401K (50% match up to 6% of salary), Dental insurance, Many options for health insurance. Flexible with paid time off - basically it depends on your manager.

      Cons

      Very process driven company, hard to get things done. Management team is a 'good old boys' club

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
