      lack of leadership, feeling like you are on an island and then get reprimanded when the entire team is not hitting their numbers. The management needs clear and consistent communication.

      A person's experience greatly impacted by the leadership his/her team is under. Generally, there's a solid culture in spite of high demands. The wrong leadership chain create toxicity that even great pay and bonuses can't overcome
