Appreciate the mission, but lots of room for improvement - Designer Lenox Employee Review

no raises, no movement in company, barely any time off, expensive benefits, no 401k matching. After you submit your work, you don't get to see samples or even know if it has been picked up by a company... until you happen to see it in a store or in an ad. No inclusion in the process after the design phase. None of this is due to the Design Manager, who is absolutely fantastic.
