Pros

Relatively young average age makes daily conversation enjoyable and light hearted. Projects are extremely interesting and usually innovative, however this results in a unusually high pressure atmosphere to achieve projects. Industry is forever seeking out Lentus for new projects, resulting in big growth. Now is a very exciting time to join the company with the introduction of its new factory and move from one-off-production to volume-production.

Cons

Management is non-existent, consisting of promoted engineers with no training, including no aim at gaining personal/professional development. This results in zero information flow and a bitterness of the "upper inner circle". The company aim for Low Cost, High Quality, and Quick Lead Times (the project management triangle) all at once, but in reality only two are ever possible. This leads to high pressure to complete projects to pristine quality on tight monthly and resource deadlines, resulting in stress for the engineers who can only ever meet two of the three targets, which management seem to not realise.
