My Greatest Regret - Maintenance Engineer Leo Group Employee Review

Bullying, Overwork, Poor Router, Abuse, Poor management. Abusive behaviours from top workers, poor working conditions, and the lack of communication and support from management created a toxic work environment that made me feel unsafe, undervalued, and constantly at risk. I eventually felt forced to quit in search of a company that values its employees, prioritizes their safety and well-being, and fosters a supportive, respectful, and safe work environment. I would not recommend working for Omega Proteins to anyone. The management is unprofessional, the work environment is toxic, the working conditions are dehumanising, and the lack of communication and support from management create an environment that is detrimental to employee morale. I would rather work for a company that invests in its employees, prioritizes their safety and well-being, and fosters a respectful and collaborative work environment where all employees feel valued and supported. Joining the company was my greatest regret.
