Pros

Worked here before (won't disclose time frame). Okay, here are the goods about the company. - They offer a great opportunity to make a lot of money. Yes you have to put in work at 100%, but the opportunity is legit. -They people are generally friendly towards you when you are new. Seasoned workers just vibe with each other like family (sort of) -In the mornings, it can get fun depending on the person. They play 'energy' games to keep the spirit up for what they call the 'field'. -Now the field is the door-to-door part (don't run yet lol). Despite stereotypes, they make it fun, especially if you're cooperating as a coworker. You get systems to learn so when you're out in the field, using those systems get you results quick (sometimes). -It is definitely possible to make $1000 in a day (if you have "Student Mentality", "Work Ethic", and a "Great Attitude"). It's commission based, so YOU make your paycheck (look at it how you want). -You get to travel! (If you put in the work). I love traveling and it was one of my favorite parts of the job. -Networking. Even if eventually you decided to stay/go, the people you meet at other offices, residency, conferences, etc opens up new possible opportunities for you. Take advantage of networking. -Bonuses. These ones vary, but bonuses in this particular company can come out of nowhere (even through the 'energy games'). I liked that i could make an extra $100 off of something irrelevant lol. That's all I got.

Cons

*sighs* here go the negatives. Stay with me. -Commission risk. It is strictly this. No salary or hourly pay. So if you have bills that NEED to be paid, you may have to wait a good month or two before a good check comes (if you can make a good check). Work hard ! - Inconsistent Professionalism. I won't delve into EVERYTHING but some days, we were strictly professional, and some days...people weren't. Let your imagination take you wherever. It was crazy. -In company relationships. Treating the crew as a family is fine to an extent. HOWEVER, some people decide to take their relationships up further (again...imagination). This goes back into inconsistent professionalism as well. -The Manager/Owner. I respect the guy, I really do. However, he is still young minded and talks big game. He does act professional when he wants to be looked at as such, but he can belittle people in some ways that maybe he doesn't realize what he is saying. His leadership skills is subpar. Afraid of confrontation lowkey (especially when he is in the wrong, but boasts confidence that can get a little bighead). He looks at people as numbers instead of people. I'm not going to say anymore as I don't want to sound bias on anything. -Training. Let's be real, the training could be better. This company is aiming to produce managers capable of running their own business, and when it comes to training, a lot of misinformation is being spread like wildfire. THIS is partially why a lot of people don't grow in this company. -You have to pay for EVERYTHING. You have a car? Prepare to put some mileage of that thang! Seriously even though I get the whys behind it, the bottom line is that you have to pay for gas, you're professional (sometimes expensive)attire, food for when the team goes out as a group, etc. The manager may be generous from time to time and order wings or whatever but that's it. If you're training, you have to "split" applications that you sell with the trainee if they did partial work. When you develop a crew of your own (you'll learn about this), be prepared to help pay for their lunch, gas, etc. -Ugh....Paychecks. This is the worst one because I wasn't the only one dealing with this. Again, brief details. You know how you can make $1000 in a week? Well how would you feel if you come to payday, and OWE money to the company, because your sale quality was bad? Well it was possible and completely legal/legit. I won't get into details because it's too much. -Shady business. I'm not saying LMG itself is shady. I'm saying some of the practices are. They put up ads saying all these positions that beat around the bush of what REALLY going on *cough cough DOOR TO DOOR cough*. They interview and leave the interviewees confused about the position. (I get the whys, but outsiders don't). Pay scale is shady too. I had too many new guys/girls asking how they get paid, when that should be established through paperwork clearly. That's why a lot of people come in fast, and leave fast. That's all I'm saying. Sorry management if you feel a way
