Free dresses, good discounts, pleasant stores to work in.

Bad management, employees in busy stores get all the rewards and perks without effort while those in quieter stores get pressured. Also they are terrible at ordering sizes - they order the same amount of each size no matter the style. They should order sizes based on whether the dress is suited to petite or curvy women. We were always left with xs and xxs in dresses that suited curvy customers, and had customers begging us to find more of the larger sizes, and vice versa for short skimpy dresses more suited to petite customers.
