A lack of accountability across the engineering org exacerbated by use of AI. I see PRs that say, "please review carefully as this is written with claude". How is this level of accountability acceptable?
Every squad optimises for their own delivery often at the detriment of the organization as a whole. Why make your alerts maintainable if the creator isn't the one on call? Why document if theres no value placed on knowledge sharing?
