Cons
EOIS leadership, senior managers and directors are borderline incompetent, horrible lack of communication, constantly changing priorities and ridiculous reliance on workforce tools to determine how many “heads” have program work to do with no actual understanding of the work engineers actually do. Constant micromanaging by mid levels managers or no management whatsoever with no consistency at all.
