The Company does not value long-term highly skilled staff. It has a culture of purging older staff and protecting graduates and new starters when over- recruiting for the prevailing workload. Engineers can suffer poor engineering management who are too powerful and can easily wreck hard working staff's career prospects. It is recommended not to stay on to older age.
