Our customer and project demands require us to engage with our hiring managers and workforce planning community to ensure our resourcing levels are in line with these demands and to set timescales. Sometimes timescales mean we need to increase or reduce resourcing levels, the result of which may require difficult decisions to be made quickly.
These decisions are made in line with our policies, procedures & processes and we ensure that any employee payments are made as per our contractual obligations. Unfortunately, if our processes are not followed entirely, this can lead to a delay. Once identified however, we will act promptly in order find a successful resolution.
