      Pros

      - Fully flexible working, can work from home and do as little work as possible - 'Heads of' & 'Lead' roles handed out to those who dont know how to do the job, so can easily bluff through progress - Decent pension compared to other local companies (but used to be so much better)

      Cons

      - Decent pay rises never happen - Promises of dev-ops opportunities and training but never happen - No private health care - Same old work, not using cloud
