After it you are on your own. 3. There is no structured onboarding plan; you are expected to assume full responsibility for your job from the start. 4. The termination process is crucial, and I observed that when some of my colleagues were laid off, they received no severance package, faced disrespectful treatment, and were subject to an unfair 60-day performance review plan.
