Management Front of house management is awful to work for servers do not claim any of their tips so all other front of house positions make like 1/6 of the servers back of house management is terrible don’t like overtime refuse to pay more most kitchen memebrrs are making minimum wage or $16 an hour Rarely promote anybody in front or back of house dishwashers here for 1 years and 2 years with no promotion no benefits only time off is 3 days of sick pay per year
