      Pros

      More pleasure than work, you can take 4 break hours and no one would care. If you have good relationship with Tech leads, you can jerk of in the middle of office and no-one would say a word.

      No job security No meaningful projects Obsolete tech stack Way too much politics

      Pros

      Company culture great. Given license to really affect change with the decisions you make. Heading in a good direction.

      Moves at quite a fast pace so you have to be able to adapt

      Pros

      The support and management team are second to none. There is great spirit in the office with everyone driving to a common goal. It;s genuinely fun being here and never feels like a chore

      None that I can think of!
