No growth, no training, no direction etc. I have never worked of a company that could care less about doing what is necessary about growing the business. They have big dreams and ideas but NO execution. No desire to listen to the people who are actually responsible for selling the product. Management will have these conference calls with the associates and take your ideas and later implement them as if they are coming from corporate. They are so behind in trend.

There are none!!! Upper management, only cares about upper management, nor do they truly care about Les Copains or there employees.

The CFO and counterparts are Narrow-mindley moralistic. WHO'S only looking out for number one. Does not care about there employees.............OR FOR LES COPAINS!
