Needs to come out of the 1980's and reflect today's society - Conseiller en hébergement Les Résidences Soleil Employee Review

Poor management, no local authority, definite and deliberate lack of decision processes, no meaningful preventative maintenance on the buildings, company does not pay bonuses promptly and refuses to communicate payment dates, all paper driven forms, 1/2 of my weeks is filling out paperwork - nothing automated to allow councellors to spend more time with prospects and residents.
