Pros
Some degree of autonomy. The salary is good, however, there are no real or fair salary review processes that occur consistently every year - it it up to employees to motivate when they would like a salary raise and not everyone is comfortable with this.
Cons
Chaotic. Each company within the group works in silos. Projects are started and stopped mid-way, to pivot to other projects, due to lack of sufficient groundwork and research done. No real cohesive strategy that is widely shared among all employees withing the group. Lack of company culture.
