Working environment is relaxing and Company tries to show appreciation to Employees Birthday PTO Generally no obvious office politics Hardwork reward is visible via bonus
Cons
Very minimal and basic health benefits where clinic visits have a maximum value you may claim, no flexi benefits. HR generally have zero clue on employee insurance benefits so you have to make the calls on your own. Task is very repetitive but good for people that like routine Very high resistance to pay OT fees Low employee redundancy rate, so going on Annual Leave is almost a punishment
