fulltime presenteeism focus, policies are not clear, discrimination against women and lower income brackets. No reforms to improve equity in the workplace. Poor resources resulting in over work, chaos and chicken with head cut-off mentality. No consequences for poor management and managers. Draughtsmen are not respected as specialists in thier fields. Career advancement reduces ability to stay practical and focus on engineering, to advance one has to manage people and become a speech focused rather than leading by example.
