None that I can think of.

Mostly a great group of really intelligent, nice people to work with. Great location, just a block from State Street, downtown Santa Barbara.

They hire someone to do a job, but then don't trust them, so they hire consultants. They pay the consultants tens of thousands of dollars to say the same thing their employees are saying. They actually think consultants' opinions have more value than people who are educated and experienced in the particular position in question. It gives an overwhelming sense of uselessness & distrust. The CEO is an infuriating micro-manager. He drives every meeting he attends off topic, and no matter how hard you try, you cannot drive the focus back to the meeting's purpose, even if you had an agenda that was clear to everyone when you started. If you try too hard to get things back on topic, the CEO will have a temper tantrum and then stop inviting you to future meetings. God forbid you have a meeting that he isn't invited to. Employees have to sneak around & lie to him in order to get any work completed.. There are serious scalability issues that need to be addressed. It is impossible for the in-house teacher team to provide complete reviews to resources and ensure resources are up-to-date, resulting in bad search results & outdated material.
