Pros
I was given great guidance and mentor ship from my overseers. The training was also very thorough and adequately prepared me to teach my class and lead the other coaches.
Cons
Once you leave training, you are pretty much on your own to teach the class as you please. This was not a con for me but I could see how it would be for some.
