      Pros

      Therapists are well trained and great at what they do. Pay is ok.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely terrible. Bounced checks, management looks for constant loopholes, unprofessional and unethical practices, and known to stretch the truth.

      Pros

      A growing private practice that uses innovative methods to encourage therapy best practices. An open door policy is obvious and every effort is made to uphold work/life balance.

      Cons

      It is a new practice (less than 10 years old), so there are a few kinks to work out in regards to training and orientation. There are organizational matters that once perfected, will help the company run as a well oiled machine.
