Lethbridge College had a varied mix of talent working in the ITS department, some of whom had been with the College for over 20 years. It was beneficial having resources of knowledge and expertise available to assist in the challenges that present in the campus network environment.

There are always personnel challenges in IT groups, but for the most part the ITS group is good team to work with.
