I worked at Ema for about 4 years and it was 4 of the best years of my life. Lettuce Entertain You, the company that owns Ema, is a restaurant group but they are so big it's like working in corporate. Benefits, PTO, ability to grow with the company if you want.

Cons

There was a lot of "boys club" energy in upper management.
