      Pros

      It is a good tech company where you can learn a lot from the AFfiliate Marketing industry and product management.

      Cons

      The company's management is a small group of friends that rule the company from the very launch of the first firm. they do not have smart People management, people from the same company do not getting promoted, but fired and new people get hired instead. They do not understand that teaching a new person costs 3 times more than promoting and giving extra skills to your current employee.

      Friendly Environment, Result Driven Team, Flexible (remote/on-site)

      Cons

      Start up-ish, you have to adapt to changes with the speed of light , you are supposed to constantly help yourself and be responsible for your own mistakes, not enough competent people to delegate your tasks or ask for help, you are deep in tactics
