Pros

The company was doing good initially since most of the engineering team had come from references.

Cons

There is not best part with Lavadata, founders are self centric they got into the business just with a luck. In their complete tenure, they could not hair a CTO who can stay moe than 1 year and finally decided that they cannot do so. The immediate ex CTO managed to get the company on its knees and start blaming the previous for his failures. Levadata is the only company I have seen where it decided not to have Engineering department and call them selfs as innovative. This is the best example to showcase that founders of a tech company should have basic tech knowledge before they start building it, else employees will suffer.

Pros

The company has strong momentum and a compelling vision for future growth with a new CEO joining in Nov 2022 with extensive GTM leadership experience in manufacturing and enterprise solutions. New platform features are regularly being launched further differentiating the unique insights the company's platform provides sourcing teams to drive cost savings and mitigate risks down to the part level.

Cons

Fast paced culture with the expectation that you will constantly deliver results and continuously add value so it’s important that you are up for the challenge to be successful.

Pros

Good former CEO Great place to work until 2021

Cons

Arrogant CEO Old boys club at the top with just a little hint of….. If former CEO had more emotional intelligence to see what was coming and fire the C-suite leaders that ran his company in the ground, the company wouldn’t be where it is now. No place for non-tech minorities and women They keep their informants in Hyderabad
