The tips are very good and can range from $400-$1,000 if you work in the club

You won’t get consistent hours even if you’ve been working there a long time. They hire new people all the time and give hours to their favorites

Unfortunately, little to no pros working here. I hope they improve their working conditions.

-No benefits -Only 20% employee discount -There is no guaranteed parking and it is the responsibility of the employee to pay for parking themselves - There used to be automatic gratuity which made working here worth while, but that has since been removed; even for large parties - The management/owners are constantly throwing marketing/PR parties that servers do not get tipped out for - I’m sure there’s more that I’m forgetting.
