Level Ex offers a unique opportunity to do meaningful work while growing professionally. I’ve had the chance to wear multiple hats, explore different facets of product management, and collaborate cross-functionally with incredibly talented and caring people. The leadership team is strong, and the company culture is supportive, intelligent, and mission-driven. I’m proud to be part of a team that’s helping push the boundaries of how we educate and engage healthcare professionals through games.

Like many growing companies, some roles can be a bit ambiguous at times. There’s also occasional false urgency, which can create avoidable stress. Clearer prioritization and communication would help mitigate that.

Level ex got bought by relevate last year. So far it’s good - and stable. We are still building new games and work with great ppl. Relevate seems happy we are there.

Relevate is a very corporate marketing agency. Lots of buzzwords and not as progressive as level ex especially in HR.
