There is no one that looks over your shoulder while you're working. You work on a team with a PM, so you really don't have a traditional boss.

There is no leadership. They have no PTO, only LWOP that they claim is unlimited, but it really isn't. Do to little to no oversight the employees just do what they want, sound great right? It's not.
