Pros

they have good attitudes kind of.

Cons

Long hours roughly 12 or 13 hour days. They lie on job listings about the job you are just an internet sales man in Walmart. Extremely low pay, i worked maybe 70 hours in a 4 day span and got $90 only cause I made a sale. My other two sales I never got paid for. You have to work saturdays and you get no freedom what so ever. It is a wonder how this organization is allowed to operate.

Pros

I love working here for the diverse culture but also because it pushes me on a daily business. Not just in business but also a lot of personal development which is what I was looking for.

Cons

I wouldn't say it's hard work, its just a lot of effort on a daily basis. What you put in is what you get out

Pros

prepares you to understand sketchy business practice, great office music if you suffer from being deaf in both ears, at least a cute dog roamed the office, helps build patience for example when I waited at the front desk for 15 mins waiting for someone while being flashed by excessive rgb light decor bought from 5below.

Cons

i completed 3 seperate meetings discussing situations at then I did not know that were gonna be irrelevant for the job in the future, lack of transparency, they did not inform me on the location until the day before, pay/salary, but was very presistent on my ability to move up in the company which following that also stated could be done very fast. and also finding any more information that they did not provide themselves in person was not possible to find. i could not see you owned or ran the company in addition the social media platforms provide no insight on daily work but rather flashy staff group events, their websites also provided even more vague information on the company only adding images ripped off pintrest with what felt like AI captions of "steps of motivation" and etc. in conclusion after this entire process of the interview and working there for one total day I found myself questioning wether I had schizophrea due to all the vague and out right lack of information about levelup and was convince I made this job up in my head.
